IMPORTANT:

To accomodate all customers, we need to have cutting sheets within a couple of days from the time the animals are brought in.

While we make every effort to cut the meat to your specifications, if you do not give us your cut sheet within a couple of days, we will cut the meat to standard industry cuts.

Labeling is $ .04 per lb. hanging weight of animal. Larger labels that are required $ .07 lb.
